PLANNING


(approx. 8 weeks)

The first step toward your new home begins with proper planning. In this stage we work with you to go through your needs and wants, finalise a floor plan and facade and a quote for your preferred level of inclusions.

Once finalised a building contract is prepared and signed. Our office undertakes the ground work of obtaining the full set of plans, soil testing and proper engineering prepared for Council approval.

CONSTRUCTION


(approx. 16 weeks)

After Council approval has been granted your house project is scheduled and we begin ordering all our materials, fixtures and fittings. The surveyor marks out the site and we are set to go!

Throughout the construction period we encourage you to visit your new home and view the progress. We are available to answer and questions or to do a personalised walk through onsite. We also utilise an online program for you to see your homes progress wherever you may be.

HANDOVER



Prior to handing over we arrange a time to complete the final walk through to ensure that your house is in pristine condition when we hand over. A comprehensive handover pack is provided to you which includes all keys, instruction manuals and warranty information. All that is left is to move in and celebrate your brand new home!
