Process

Planning

(approx. 12 weeks)

The first step toward your dream home is careful planning. During this stage, we work closely with you to understand your needs and preferences. Together, we’ll finalize your ideal floor plan, select a facade, and provide a detailed quote tailored to your desired level of inclusions.

Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll prepare and sign the building contract. From there, our team takes care of the groundwork, including obtaining the full set of plans, conducting soil tests, and coordinating engineering reports—all required for Council approval.

Construction

(approx. 16 weeks)

Once Council approval is secured, your home project is scheduled, and we begin ordering all necessary materials, fixtures, and fittings. After the site is marked by the surveyor, construction is ready to start!

Throughout the building process, we encourage you to visit your new home and witness its progress first-hand. We’re always available to answer any questions and will arrange personalized onsite walkthroughs during the construction programme. Additionally, our online platform allows you to track the construction process from anywhere, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Handover

Before handing over the keys to your new home, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough to ensure everything is in perfect condition. During this walkthrough, we’ll address any final details to make sure your home meets the highest standards.

At handover, you'll receive a comprehensive pack that includes all keys, instruction manuals, and warranty information. After that, the only thing left to do is move in and celebrate your beautiful new home!
