Process

(approx. 12 weeks)

The first step towards your dream home begins with careful planning. During this stage, we work closely with you to gain a clear understanding of your requirements and preferences. Together, we finalise your ideal floor plan, design a facade and prepare a detailed quote tailored to your desired level of inclusions.

Once you are satisfied with the design and proposal, we proceed to signing the building contract. From there, our team manages the groundwork, including the complete set of plans, soil testing, and obtaining engineering reports - everything necessary for Council approval.

(approx. 20 weeks)

Once Council approval is obtained, your project is scheduled and we commence ordering all required materials, fixtures and fittings. Following the surveyor's site set-out, construction is ready to begin.

Throughout the build, we encourage you to visit your new home and experience its progress firsthand. Our team is available to answer any questions and will arrange on-site walkthroughs at key stages of the construction. In addition, our online client portal enables you to monitor progress remotely, ensuring you remain informed at every stage of the journey.

(approx. 1-2 weeks)

Prior to handover, we will arrange a final inspection to ensure every aspect of your new home has been completed to the highest standard. During this walkthrough, any final items will be reviewed and addressed to ensure complete satisfaction.

At handover, you will receive a comprehensive documentation pack, including keys, operating manuals and warranty information. From there, the final step is to move in and enjoy your new home!
